This tutorial is of my own creation and resemblence to any other tutorial is simply coincedental.This tutorial was written by me Katrina on February 2010.This tutorial was written in PSP XII but can be done with other versions.
For this tutorial you will need:

Template 1 by Scrapity Scrap at http://scrapityscrapandmore.blogspot.com/
Love Is In The Air Scrapkit by Clarey which can be purchased here
Tube of choice
font of choice

Open your template
Shift D
close out original template
Delete the copyright layer

Now for lots of copying and pasting lol

Make your slats layer actve
Selections-Select All-Select Float
Copy and Paste Paper 7 as a new layer
Selections Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard
Add a gradient glow and drop shadow of your choice

Now make your Circle layer active
Selections Select all Float
copy and paste paper 6 as a new layer
selections invert hit delete on your keyboard
Add the same gradient glow and drop shadow as you did above!

Open yourclarey_loveisintheair_epoxyhearts tube
Resize them to your liking and place them in your circle tube
see mine for refrence

Now make your square layer active
Selections Select All Select Float
Copy and Paste paper 11 as a new layer
selections invert
hit delete on your keyboard
Add same gradient glow and drop shadow as before

Working on your rectangle layer
Selections Select all float
Copy and paste paper 11 as a new layer
selections invert hit delete on your keyboard
again add gradient glo and drop shadow

Do the same as above with your slat rotated layer but use paper 12 but do not add the gradient glow just add a drop shadow

Make your heart layer active
Selections Select all Select float
Copy and paste paper3 as a new layer
selections invert hit delete on your keyboard

No copy and paste the heart frame tube from the kit onto your working canvas
Resize to your liking and so it fits perfectly around the pink heart

Now add your tube! Depending on your tube you may have to crop off the extras so it looks like its inside the heart
Once you have your tube all in place you can add a gradient glow and drop shadow to the heart

Now you can go along and add any extra elements you want.Make the tag your own :)
Close off your white background layer
Layers merge merge visible
Duplicate this layer
Adjust Blur Guassion Blur set at 10

Effects Plugins Penta.com Dot and Cross

Use the main settings

All finished

Dont forget to add your name!!
Your all finished
Save crop and save as a png or jpg!!

Font of your choice
Ready?? Lets Begin!
open template in psp
working on the bottom layer
selections select all float
copy and paste paper 4 as a new layer
selections invert
hit delete on your keyboard
add a gradient glow and drop shadow to this layer

click on the circles layer
selections select all float
copy and paste paper 7 as a new layer
selections invert
hit delete on your keyboard
add the same gradient glow and drop shadow as above

copy and paste the film frame as a new layer
put it between the frame back and frame layer
Making your frame back layer active
selections select all select float
add a new layer and flood fill this layer with white

keeping this layer selected
open the mesh tube from your kit
copy and paste onto your white later
selections invert
hit delete on your keyboard
arrange to your liking

now make the film layer active
using your magic wand tool click
inside the first frame
copy and paste a tube of your choice
move this layer under your film frame
selections invert hit delete on your keyboard

do the same for the 4th frame using a different tube

Make your frame layer active
selections select all float
add a new layer and flood fill with black
deselect and add a gradient glow and drop shadow

Copy and paste paper 8 on to your working canvas
Move this layer to just above your background layer
Layers load mask from disk
Lod vix mask143
delete mask layer and merge group
add a very light drop shadow

Open your tube of choice
copy and paste as a new layer
move this layer to the very top of your canvas
resize and arrange to your liking
add a drop shadow

open bear doodle tube
copy and paste as a new layer
resize and move under your tube layer

you can add a gradient glow and drop shadow

now you can add any other elements to your tag its totally up to you!!
add your name
copyright,license number
Crop and Save your tag as jpg or png!

Open Collab Template#3
Shift +D to duplicate
Close the original template
Now delete the © Layer!
Make your Large Glitter circle active
Using your FreeHand Selection Tool
Set on Point to Point
Draw around the pink part of the circle
Adjust Hue and Saturation-Colorize
H=53 S=157
Add a a slight drop shadow
Make your dotted Line layer active and using
the same H and S setting colorize this layer
Click on your Frame Background Layer
Using your Freehand Tool again
Draw around the pink half of the square
Colorize this selection with the same Hue and Saturation as above
Deselect
Make the Large Black Circle layer active
Selections-SelectAll-Float
Copy and Paste Paper5 as a new layer
Selections-Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard.
Now make your small circle layer active
Selections-Select All- Foat
Copy and paste Paper 3 as a new layer
Selections-Invert and Hit delete on your keyboard.
Delete the Pink Circle Layer.
Making the Small Circle 2 Layer active
Selections-Select All- Float
Copy and Paste Paper1
As a new layer
Selections-Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard

Make your Rectangle layer active
Selections- Select All-Float
Copy and Paste Paper 13
Selections -Invert
Hit Delete on your keyboard
Now make your Pink Rectangle Layer Active
Selections-Select All-Float
Copy and Paste Paper 9 as a new layer
Selections-Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard
Now add a drop shadow
Now make your Small Black Rectangle Layer Active
Now how you do this layer is totally up to you!
You can leave it black or use paper 6 like i did!
Completely your choice :)
Add a drop shadow to this layer!
On your WordArt Layer
Using your Selection Tool
Draw around the "IT"
Now colorize them
Hue = 0 Saturation= 0
Add a gradient glow of your choice and a drop shadow
Now copy and paster Frame Stitch2 to your working canvas
Resize so it fits around the bottom circle
See my tag for refrence
Add the same gradient glow and drop shadow as above
Open Heartstring1
Resize to your liking
Copy and paste as new layer
See my tag for placement
Add a drop shadow
Open Button3
Copy and Paste into your small circle layer
Resize and add a drop shadow
You can now add any other elements if you want :)
Copy and Paste your tube as a new layer
Resize if needed
Arrange to your liking dont forget to add a drop shadow!
Using a font of your choice add your name
Placement is totally up to you!
Add a drop shadow and gradient glow!
Time to add your copyright,licence number and watermark!!!
Crop and resize to your liking

Open template#4
Change your canvas size to 700 x 700
Delete the copyright layer
Working on your black rectangle layer
Selections-Select All -Float
Copy and Paste Paper 6 as a new layer
Selections-Invert
and hit delete on your keyboard.
Delete the bottom rectangle layer.
Add a Gradient Glow and Drop Shadow of your choice to the rectangle.
Making your Black Circle layer active
Selections-Select All-Float
Copy and Paste Paper 5 as a new layer
Selections-Invert
Hit delete on your keyboard
Do Not deselect!
Copy and Paste a tube of your choice into the circle
Arrange to your liking
Hit delete on your keyboard to get rid of the extras :)
Add the same Gradient Glow and Drop shadow to your circle as you did to your rectangle.
Making your white circle layer active
Select All -Select Float
Copy and Paste TD_TP Sticker 1 onto the white circle,
Center it in the circle, add a small drop shadow
Add a small block gradient glow to your white circle layer.
Now working on your 2 small rectangle layers
Select-Select All-Float
Copy and Paste Paper 10
as a new layer,
Selections Invert and hit delete on your keyboard.
Do the same with the corners layer but use Paper 9
Add a small but subtle drop shadow to these two layers
On your STARS layer you can do anything with them.
I did the same as above but I choose 2 different papers.
You can color them or add paper its totally up to you!!
Add the same gradient glow and drop shadow as above.
Now you can add any other embellishments that you want.
Add a new rastor layer and copy and paste both the pink and the black splatters onto your canvas.Resize each by 150%
On your pink splatter layer
Image-Mirror
See my tag for refrence :)
Using a font of your choice
Add your name!
Add your ©'s and License number to your tag
Crop and Resize if needed
Merge and Save as a JPG!

Font and Mask of Your Choice

Ready??!! Lets PSP!

Open template 6

duplicate it and resize your canvas

image canvas size 600x600
Open paper 1 from your scrapkit

on your template layer make sure the bottom layer of the template is active (the big circle thingy)

Selections-Select All-Float

Copy and Paste paper 1 as a new layer

Selections Invert and hit delete on your computer

On your layer pallete delete the dark grey layer

Add a gradient glow to your paper layer using the following settings

Basic Glow, width 3 ,Soft Corners 0

Overall Opacity 100 Color Fat

Add a drop shadow of your choice

Making your black square layer active

add the same gradient glow and drop shadow as you did before

open doodle3 and copy and paste on to your working canvas as a new layer

delete any access doodle showing make it look like its part of the rectangle

see my tag for refrence

duplicate this layer

image mirror arrange to your liking

Make your strip 1 layer active

selections-select all-float

copy and paste paper6 as a new layer

selections invert hit delete on your keyboard
Using Paper 6 again do the same for your strip 2 layer

add the same gradient glow and drop shadow as before

on your photomat
layer selections select all float
copy and paste a tube or image of your choice
selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard
duplicate this image then go image mirror and place overtop of your other white photomat layer
merge the 2 image layers together
then go to adjust hue and saturation-colorize using the settings hue 0 saturation 0

Using a font of your choice
set your color to white
type out the word BEAUTY using capitals
put it across your black and white pictures and lower the opacity to about 40%

Make your flower layer on your template layer active
Selections Select All-Float
Copy and paste paper 2 as a new layer
Selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard
Add the same gradient glow and drop shadow as before

Now you can add any embellishments from the kit
I used the buttons and butterflies
Arrange to your liking on your tag:)

Copy and Paste a tube of your choice and position it in between your 2 frame layers
Add a drop shadow to your tube
Add the gradient glow and drop shadow to your frame layers as well.

Copy and paste paper3 as a new layer and move it to just above your white background layer
Apply a mask of your choice,resize this layer to your liking and lower the opacity of it as well.

Using a font of your choice
Type out your name and arrange to your liking
You can add the gradient glow and drop shadow as before if you want

All finished!!
Add your copyright,license number and watermark to your tag
Crop,resize and save as a jpg or a png

Ready??!! Lets PSP!!
open a new 700x700 image
open up your doodle frame and copy and paste to your new image
using your magic wand tool click inside the frame
selections-modify expand by 3
open paper 5 from your kit
image resize by 75%
Copy and paste as a new layer on your working canvas
selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard
keep selected and copy and paste paper 6 as a new layer
selections invert delete
do the same with paper 3
selections select none
on paper 6 go to image rotate and rotate 20 degrees right
do the same with paper 3 layer but change from right to left
drop shadows these two layers with a drop shadow of your choice

working back on your frame layer
Effects- eye candy 4000-gradient glow using the following settings
glow width 3
soft corners 0
overall opacity 100
color-Fat
Add the same drop shadow as you did to your papaer layers

Open up your tube of choice
copy and paste as a new layer onto your working canvas
resize if needed and place to your liking
crop off any parts of the tube hanging over the bottom of the frame
add a small drop shadow to your tube

copy and paste ribbon2 as a new layer
resize to your liking
arrange towards the bottom of your frame
see my tag for refrence
crop off any access ribbon
add a small drop shadow

open up journal 1 resize to your liking
copy and paste onto the lower right side of your frame
image rotate 10 to the right and add a small drop shadow

Now you can add some of the wordart provided in the kit or you can write out something of your own!

Open up Bow2 resize 50% twice
copy and paste as a new layer and place at the top of your journal tube
add a small drop shadow :)

Open up one of your dragon fly tubes provided with the kitResize 50% times 2
copy and paste at the top left hand corner of your frame
You may have to resize it a bit more :)
add the same gradient glow as you did before and a small drop shadow
Copy and paste paper 17 onto your canvas
move to the bottom of your layer pallete
just over your background layer
add mask WSL_Mask202
Delete mask layer and merge group
Effects-Plugins DBS Flux
Add some noise to your mask layer and
Lower the opacity of this layer to about 60
Now using a font of your choice add your name!!
All finished!!
Add your copyright,license number and watermark to your tag
Crop,resize and save as a jpg or a png

Open a 400x400 new image
copy and paste paper 10 as a new layer
Image Add borders color white pixel size 4

Open another new image 700x700
copy and paste your previous image onto the new one
add a drop shadow of your choice
image rotate 20 degrees right

Open a new image 400x400 again
copy and paste paper 7 as a new layer
add the same border as you did before
Copy and paste on to your other working canvas
add same drop shadow you used above

Open a 350x350 image
copy and paste paper 5 as a new layer
add the same border as before and copy and paste in your lighter square
in this layer you can add any kind of wording you want
I used the phrase Cowgirls Rule
use your fave mura meister copies settings

copy and paste your tube onto your working canvas
resize and arrange to your liking
Add drop shadow of your choice

Open your fence tube from the scrapkit
copy and paste as a new layer onto your working canvas
place it right infront of your tube
add a slight drop shadow to it

open cowboy sitting tube
resize by 50% copy and paste on to your working canvas
image mirror and place on the left side of the fence
see my tag for refrence
add a small white gradient glow and a small drop shadow

Open cowboy hat 2 the white one resize 65%
copy and paste this tube as well to your working canvas
image mirror and arrange to your liking
see my tag for refrence
add a slightly larger drop shadow then your cowboy tube

Copy and paste star bolo tube on to your working canvas
resize 65%
move this layer beneath your hat layer
add a white gradient glow as well as a drop shadow
and arrange under your hat layer to your liking

Copy and paste another paper of your choice move this layer to the bottom
but above the white background layer
Add a mask of your choice
Time to add your name!!

Using a font of your choice I used Arial
type out your name and center it at the bottom of your tag...
see my tag for refrence
add a darker drop shadow
All finished!!

Add your copyright and license number
crop and save as a jpg or a png

Ready??!! lets get started!

Open Babes template # 12 in psp
Shift d to duplicate this and close out your original
Delete the copyright layer

Open paper #12
Click inside the black background layer
Copy and paste your paper as a new layer
Selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard

Click inside the smaller black rectangles
Open paper#6
Copy and paste as new layer
Selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard

Now add a gradient glow onto your template with the following settings
BasicGlow width 3
Soft corners 0
Opacity 100
Color fat
click ok
Add a drop shadow of your liking

Now make your inner frame layer active on your template
Select. select all float
Copy and paste paper 11 as a new layer
Select invert and hit delete on your keyboard

Open up your tube(s) of choice
Making your left frame layer active using your magic wand tool
Click in the frame
Cand paste your tube
Resize if you want it bigger
Selections invert hit delete on your keyboard
Lower the opacity to about 65
Do the same with your other 2 frames ( you can use different tubes for these frames if you want)

On your top black rectangle using a font of your choice type out the words
PRETTY IN PINK
you can add a drop shadow if you want :)

Open up the tag and rope from your scrapkit
resize 65% twice..or size to your liking
hang it on the very last square at the top right hand side
Delete any extra rope so it looks like it is hanging around the square
Add a small drop shadow
Now you can add any other embellishments of your choice to the tag! I resized the black hearts and added them to the tag as well as a flower
Add your name
copyright and license number
crop and save as jpg or png!!

Open Missys template 11
Shift D to duplicate close out original template
Open broken wing kit
activate your rectangle layer
Select All SelectCopy and Paste paper 1 as a new layer
Image resize by 80%
Selections Invert and hit delete on your keyboard
Add a small white gradient glow to your rectangle
Add small drop shadow

Activate your frame layer
selections select all -float
copy and paste paper 5 resize 85%
selections invert-hit delete on your keyboard
Do the same for your bracket layers but use paper 4
Add the following gradient glow to your brackets
Basic glow width 3,soft cornes 0,overall opacity 100,color Fat
Add the same drop shadow you used before

Activate your smaller rectangle layer
Using your magic wand select inside this layer
copy and paste paper 3 as a new layer
selections invert hit delete on your keyboard
deselect
still on this layer
choose a thicker type font Size 72 foreground and background color white
type out the word BROKEN
Stretch out the word so it fits in the rectangle
see mine for refrence
change the blend mode to overlay and lower opacity to about 82 or one of your
choice
Activate your larger rectangle layer and copy and paste the stitched heart as a
new layer
resize to you liking
image free rotate- 25 left
dropshadow your heart layer
working inside your frame layer using your magic wand click inside the far left frame
Selections Modify expand by 2
Copy and paste a male tube from the artist you are using
selections invert hit delete on your keyboard
lower the opacity of this layer to about 65
I had song lyrics from the band Seether at the top and bottom of my frame this is totally up to you !!If you add them add a small gradiet glow and drop shadow to themCopy and paste your tube resize and position to your liking

Open heartwithwings 2 in psp
resize by 25%
copy and paste the heart onto your working canvas
rotate it 25 degrees to the left and add a small drop shadow
place it on your rectangle and bracket see my tag for refrence
duplicate this layer image mirror and arrange on the other side of your tag

Activate your background(white) layercopy and paste paper9 as a new layer
apply WSL_Mask297 mask
resize and using your deform tool pull the mask out a bit
see my tag for refrence
lower the opacity a little bit not much i lowerd mine to 76%
Choose a font you like
Pick 2 colors from your tag
Apply your name!
Add your copyright,license number and Watermark!!
All finished!!
Crop resize and save!!!

3 tubes from the same artist
Font of choice

Ready? Lets PSP!!

open 700x600 image
flood fill with white
open the wsl_frame 5 and copy and paste as new layer
Using your selection tool set to freehand
draw around the back circle
Flood fill with a color or paper of your choice
Move this layer underneath you frame layer
Now using your selection tool again
Outline one of your rectangles
Fill with either a paper or color of your choice
do not deselect

Copy and paste a tube of choice position to your likeing
Selections Invert and press delete on your keyboard
change your tube to luminance legacy and lower the opacity to around 70
do the same with the bottom rectangle using the same paper (you can change papers if you want) and a different tube

open up the heart
Doodled Hearts page
and using your selections tool crop around the hearts on a string
see my tag for refrence

copy and paste onto your working canvas you may need to colorize and resize to fit your tag..
Image mirror and place on the left side of your tag on the top of edge of the top frame
add a slight drop shadow

Back on your doodled hearts page copy and paste the barbwired type heart on to your working canvas place to your liking or see my tag for rrefrence cut off any parts to make it look like its going threw the frame
Add a slight drop shadow

Now copy and place your tube as a new layer

Making your white background layer active
Layers new rastor layer
Flood fill with a darker color from your tube
Layers Mask New from Image
Find the mask I supplied and apply it
Effects Texture Effects Weave
Gap Size 2 Width 10 Opacity 3waeve and gap color a lite color from your tube

My Stitched Circle Template and Wordart-

Ready Lets Go

Open new 700x600 flood fill with white
Open up my stitched circle template in psp
flood fill with a color,patten or paper of your choice.
Deselect
Copy and paste the circle on to your new image
copy and paste the stitching onto your circle layer,
hide your white background and
merge these to layers.
Layers merge,visible

Using your magic wand
click inside the middle of the circle
selections modify expand by 4
copy and paste a paper or your choice as a new layer
selections invert and hit delete on your keyboard.

Copy and Paste my word art onto your circle.See my tag as to placement.

Copy and Paste your tube as a new layer move it under your stitched circle layer
duplicate your tube layer and move the duplicated tube above your circle layer.
Using your freehand selection tool draw around the tube to cut off the parts over lapping the circle
Press delete on your keyboard to get rid of that extra
Deselect

Add a drop shadow to both your Stitched Circle Layer as well as the tube that is underneath that layer.
You will notice there is a space between the word art
,Using your preset shape heart line width 5
foreground color-same as you used for your circle
background null
draw out a heart so that it covers that space.

Using your magic wand click inside the heart and
Select-modify expand by 2
Add a new rastor layer and flood fill with a lighter color from your tube.
Move this layer below your heart outline
You can add any kind of effect to this layer if you wish I added some noise.
Back on your heart outline add a gradient glow
Glow width 3Soft Corners0Opacity 100Color Fat
And add a drop shadow to it
I also typed in the word SPOILED into the heart..totally up to you:P

making your white background layer active
copy and paste another paper as a new layer add a mask of your choice
Delete and click yes

Now add a gradient glow of your choice to the mask
I used black because my mask layer is white
Drop shadow of your choice
Now time to add your name and your copyright as well
Dont forget your licence number!!!!!
All finished resize and save as a jpg or png

Ready?
Lets begin

Open a new 700 x 600 Image
Flood fill with white
Using your preset shapes set to Heart1
Set your foreground to a paper or pattern of your choice
background none width set to 15
Draw out a heart shape to your liking
Convert to rastor later

Open up your film tube copy and paste it as a new layer onto your working canvas,
move this layer below your heart layer.
Arrange to your likeing.

Making your heart layer active, using your magic wand click inside the heart
Selections Modify Expand by 5
Selections Invert
Make your Film layer active again and hit delete on your keyboard.

Now inside your film tube you can add anything you like ..patterns, pieces of your tube etc its your tag its totally up to you

Once finished that click on your Free hand selection tool
Draw around the top left hand side of your heart that is white.
Copy and Paste another paper from your kit or pattern of
your choice
Selections Invert and hit delete on your keyboard
Move this layer below all your other layers but above your white background.
Do the same with the other remaining white sections under your heart you
can change patterns or papers totally up to you:)

Add a slight drop shadow to your heart layer as well as your film strip layer
Copy and paste the bow from the kit resize to your likeing and
place at the top right hand side of your heart.

Drop shadow

Layers new rastor layer
Move this layer below all layers but above white background layer
Flood fill with color from your papers or a pattern of choice
Click on your text tool
Using a font of your choice
I used arial size 28 foreground null background white
Type in s.w.a.k.
Convert to rastor layer
Now go to Effects-Mura Meister-Copies
and apply the following settings
Line.Tile,Blend Mode....Number -1 Shift X and Y 50, Tile Gap 3
Merge these 2 layers together colored and text layer
Now add a mask of your choice and lower the opacity to around 50%

Now open your tube
Copy and Paste as a new layer and arrange to your likeing
Drop shadow your tube layer
Now add your name!
I added Be My Valentine over top of my name totally up to you:)
Add your copyright and license number as well as your water markSave as jpg!

Tube of Choice-sports related
Font of choice
Famous Logos Font ding-Here
Photo Effects-Scanlines

Lets Get Going!!
Open a new canvas 700x 600
flood fill with white

Pick 2 colors from your tube
using the dark as your background
and the light color for your foreground

Open up your Famous Fonts Ding
Using these settings
Create as vector size 300 stroke width 3
Holding the shift key type in the number 6

Using your vector nodes you can make the EA sports symbol smaller or bigger depending on your liking
Convert to rastor layer

Using your magic wand click inside the EA symbol
Now go to Effects -Plugins-Phot Effects
apply using default settings
Select None

Now add a drop shadow of your choice

Click on your white background layer and make it active
Layers-New Rastor Layer
Flood fill this layer with the dark color from your tube
Masks-Mask from disk and use the mask
Becky_Mask19
Layers-Merge-Merge Group

I resized this layer 90% but its up to you
Still on your mask layer goto
Effects-Plugins-Phot Effects and use the following settings
Width-3Spacing-2
Apply

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Arrange your tube to your likeing and add a drop shadow

Under nearth your EA symbol using a different font type all in capitals
ITS IN THE GAME
I used font Trajax size 36 but still had to shrink it down a bit
Arrange it so it sits right under the EA symbol
add a slight drop shadow to this layer to

Now at the top of the E
I added the words Batter up!
You can add whatever you would like and at the bottom
I ADDED THE TEAM NAME THAT WAS ON THE GIRLS SHIRT ITS TOTALLY UP TO YOU.

Ready?? Lets PSP!!

Open new 700x600 canvas
flood fill this with white
Using preset shape elipse set your foreground to white, background null
line width 20 draw out a circle
convert to rastor layer
Effects texture effects weave
settings gapsize 2 width 7 opacity 3 and choose a color from your tube

Using your magic wand click inside the circle
selections modify expand by 3
choose a paper from the scrapkit copy and paste this layer over top of your circle layer
Selections invert and push delete on your keyboard
move this layer below circle layer

Open your scrapkit kit again and choose a ribbon
copy and paste as a new layer on your working canvas
and resize to your likeing, postion to your likeing.

Click inside your circle again
selections modify expand by 3 then
selections invert make sure your ribbon layer is active and erase parts of the ribbon sticking out.
Select None
Using a picture frame tube you have choosen
copy and paste as a new layer on to your canvas
move this layer underneath your ribbon layer
image rotate 20 degrees left

Using your magic wand again click inside the frame
selections modify expand by 2
copy and paste another paper of your choice underneath the frame
Selections invert and delete the excess paper.

Keep selected and copy and paste the tree from the scrap kit or any other embellishment of your choice under the frame and hit delete to get rid of the access.
Add drop shadow to that layer .

Add a drop shadow to your frame as well as your white circle layer.

Open a pointsetta tube from your scrapkit resize and copy and paste the tube as a new layer..see my finished tag for placement.
Duplicate this layer and move it up a bit... add drop shadow
Open The Wording layer I provided or use your own totally up to you copy and paste as a new layer and move this layer under all of your other layers but overtop your background layer you may have to resize depending on the size of your circle.. Colorize to fit your tag

Almost finished lol
Make your background layer active and copy and paste another paper of choice from the scrapkit now apply a mask of your choice or any type of effect to it,,totally up to you.

Add your name I used disney print fontI also added a gradient glow to my fontDrop shadow
Add your watermark and copyright and license info crop and save as a jpg
All finished!!

Glittered Hearts

Open a new image 700x600, dont worry we can resize later
Set your foreground color to white, background null
Choose the elipse preset shape, line width set at 5
Draw out a circle in the middle of your canvas (see my tag for reference)
Convert to rastor layer
Using your magic wand click inside your circle
Selections Modify expand by 2
Open up one of your scrap papers
Copy and Paste as a new layer on to your working canvas
Selections Invert and hit delete on your keyboard
Select none,
Merge visible these 2 layers
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Using your selection tool or eraser tool take off any extra
tube that may be hanging over the edge on the bottom
See my tag for reference
Add drop shadow of your choice

Now back on your circle layer add the following drop shadow
V and H 0 Opacity 50 Blur 7
Now using your preset shape tool set to rectangle
Choose another paper or pattern
Set your foreground color to white background to your paper/pattern
and draw out a long thin rectangle

Duplicate this layer 3 times
Arrange these layers underneath your circle layer
See my tag for reference or you can arrange them to your likeing
Hide your circle and tube layer and merge your rectangle layers together and
add the same drop shadow as before
Now using your preset shape set to heart or any shape you would like
set your foreground color to white and use a solid color from your tube for your background color
Set your line witdh to 2
Draw out a smaller heart
Duplicate this layer 4 times and arrange it almost around your circle
(see tag for reference)
Merge your four heart layers together
Duplicate this layer then Image Mirror and
move it so it is about even on the other side of your circle
If you wish to add some noise to your hearts or even add a few brushes or elements totally up to you!!
Add your name and your copyright and license number if needed
Crop resize and save as a .png or .jpg Thank you for trying my tutorial!

Open a new canvas 600x500Flood fill this canvas with white

Open the templates I provided copy and paste Template1 as a new layer on your new canvas.
Using your magic wand click inside the each shape of the templateSelections -Modify-Expand by 2

Now add a new layer and move this layer below your template layerFlood fill the selections with a color from your tube.Add a texture or pattern of your choice.Deselect

Hide your white background layer and the other 2 layers together.Adding a drop shadow of your choice as well

Hide your white background layer again and merge the other layers together.

Duplicate this layer.working on your original layer go to effects-distortion effects-pixelateand use the following settingsBlock width-155block height-129

Making yourduplicate layer active resize this layer 95% and arrange to your likeing
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer arrange it and add a drop shadow of your choice
Now you can add any kind of embellishments or brushes you would like

Time to add your font I used Trajax size 48 stroke width 2
Using the same color as before as your background and no foreground color
type in your name and arrange to your likeing
You cana dd a gradient glow if you want or just a drop shadow its completely up to you lol

Open the SE_AlwaysFabric label copy and paste as a new layer
postion to your likeing colorize and

Using your preset shape set to Elipse width 40
foreground black or a color from your tube draw out a circle.
Objects align center in canvas,Convert to rastor layer.

Copy and Paste your tube as a new layer
Resize your circle to your likeing
Crop off any access tube
Copy and paste the wordart provided or you can add your own totally up to you!!
Resize if needed and postion to your liking

Open up the playing cards provided.
Resize and place to your liking..

Add a small drop shadow of choice.
Drop Shadow your circle and tube layer as well.

Make your white background layer active and flood fill with another color from your tube
I also used my preset shape tool and added some diamond spades clubs and heart shapes..
but that is totally up to you..

Time to add your mask
Layers -New Mask Layer- From Image
and find the mask I provided
Source Lumimance checked
Invert Mask Unchecked

Using your elipse shape preset again set your width to 4
but change the line style to dash color or to one of your choice
Draw out a circle so it sits just above your black circle.
Move this layer to just above your masked layer.
.Add a small drop shadow

Open up the dice tubes provided and copy and paste each one onto your working canvas.
Place to your liking..see my tag for refrence..
Add a drop shadow of your choice.
Time to add your font I used BlackJack
Add a drop shadow to your font

Add your copyright and license number if needed and your

Open SE-Scrapkit Touchstone in psp
Copy and paste the Photo Mount on to your blank image
Using your magic wand click inside the white part of the photomount
Copy and paste your tube as a new layer
Postion to your liking
Selections-Invert
Make sure your Tube layer is highlighted
Hit Delete on your keyboard

Change the blend mode on your tube layer to Luminance
Hide your background layer and merge your photomount and tube layer together
Add a drop shadow
Unhide your background layer and Highlight your photo layer
Copy and paste The Ribbon from the scrapkit
Resize the ribbon to your likeing I resized mine 75%
Place the ribbon to your likeing on your photo

Delete the extra parts of your ribbon
Copy and paste the chain as a new layer on your tag Resize 68%
Click on your ribbon layer and go
Selections-Select All-Float-Defloat-Invert
delete the extra chain of your tag.
Open a new image 305x345

Image -Add Borders-Pixel width 6 color white
Copy and paste this on to your working image
Apply a drop shadow

Image-Rotate- Right-15
Place this layer behind your photo layer

Copy and paste the Journal Block on to your working canvas
Place inbetween your photo and paper layer
Arrange to your likeing
Add the same drop shadow you used for your other layers
Copy and pAste the flower and resize 65%
Add drop shadow and move it to the right hand side of your photo
Now on your Journal Block layer you can add words,lyrics etc to it
I used Lyrics from a Song by Dierks Bentley
I have supplied the lyrics if you would like to use them:)

Lower the opacity of your wording layer to around 60
Now just add your name and your copyright and license number if needed.

Copy and paste a tube of your choice arrange to your likeing

Selections invert hit delete on your keyboard

Move your tube layer below your rectangle layer and change it to luminance and lower the opacity to your liking
Find another tube and use the same steps as above for your circle layerWhen finished add a drop shadow to your tubes
If you are using the same kit as me copy and paste the going dotty pinned ribbon on to your working canvas

resize and postion to your liking..

add a small drop shadow,

Make your rectangle layer active again

using your preset shape rectangle

width 4 color that matches your tag I used #f2af92

line style set to diamond draw a rectangle within

the white of your bigger rectangle convert to rastor layer

Do the same with your circle layer but change the color and use the circle preset shape.
Copy and paste a bow of your choice

Resize and place on the right hand side of your tag towards the top

Drop shadow this layer

Copy and paste a flower of your choice

resize and place on the bottom left hand corner

Click on your white background layer

and copy and paste another matching paper as a new layer

Apply the mask WSL_Mask12

merge group and duplicate your masked layer

Go to Adjust-Add Noise Gaussian checked momochrome checked and Noise 50%
Time to add your font

add a drop shadow and gradient glow if you choose:)

Using your preset shape rectangle using these settings:
Line Width -7 Foreground-color from your tube

draw out a rectangle (see my tag for refrence)
Convert to Rastor Layer
Still working on your rectangle layer
Go to Effects Eyecandy 400 and apply the glow of your choice
Now add the following drop shadowV and H- 1 Opacity 75 Blur 5 color Black

Using your rectangle preset shape again Foreground-null background whitedraw out a smaller but longer rectangle (see tagf or refrence)
Convert to rastor layer and arrange to your likeing
Duplicate this later and move to the bottom of your black rectangle.
Using a font of your choiceI used Swiss 911 Xcm BT size 100
Choose a light color from your tube and type out the word CAUTION in capital letters.
You may have to adjust the size depending on the size of your rectangle.
Place the words in between your 2 white rectangles.

Now using a thinner font I used Trajax size 30 and
using the same color as before type in the phrase: Bitch on A Mission" or your choice of phrase.
Adjust the size to your likeing so that it fits in your white rectangle.
Postion and convert to rastor layer.
Duplicate this layer and move it to your bottom white rectangle.
Hide your white background layer and merge visible.

Unhide your background layer
Using your rectangle preset shape again
Foreground null background
blackdraw out a long skinny rectangle leaving a little bit sticking out.
You can check my tag for refrence

Duplicate this rectangle and arrange to your likeing.
Merge both little black rectangles then duplicate again
and move the duplicate down towards the bottom.

Using the font Swiss 911 Xcm BT or font of your choice type out CAUTION again using size 20.
Rotate this layer 90 degrees to the left and arrange it between the 4 long black rectangles
convert to rastor layer.

Duplicate it then go to Image-Flip -Mirror
Now add the tube of your choice
and apply a drop shadow of your choice and position the tube to the right of your tag.

Time to add your name!
At the top of your caution sign using your font of choice I used Trajax in capital letters type out your nameSize depends on the length of your name.Now add a drop shadow of your choice.
All finished!! Add your proper copyright and your watermark
Layers merge all flatten Crop and resize Save as a jpg.

"Berry Delight" PTU scrapkit by Brandi of Grunge and Glitter Scraps which can be purchased at Aussie Scraps Designs
If you Do not have this kit it should work with any kit

Font of choice
Eye Candy4000 -Gradient Glow
Penta Filters

Ready?? Lets get started!!

OpenYvette's template# 7
Shift D to duplicate the template and delete the copyright layer
click on your layer pallete and make your black shape layer active
Selections- Select all -Float
Selections -Modify -Smooth
settings both at 10
Copy and paste Paper 6 as a new layer
Selections -Invert and hit delete on your keyboard.
Selections- Invert again and go to Selections- Modify Contract by 15
copy and paste Paper number 10 as a new layer
Selections invert delete on your keyboard
Close off all other layers but the 2 you just papered and merge visible

Duplicate this layer
Adjust blur guassin blur 10
Effects - Plugins Penta dot and cross
settings amount 72 cross distance10 cross width 2
you may have to resize this layer to make it a bit bigger

Move This layer underneath your original layer
Make your Original Layer active
And Go ToEffects -Plugins-Eye Candy 4000
add a gradient glow to this layer
Settings Glow Width 3 soft corners 0 opacity 100 color fat..
Add a small drop shadow.

Click on your large frame layer and using your Freehand Selection tool
Draw around the black part of the frame
Selections- Modify -Smooth settings at 10
Copy and paste paper1 as a new layer
Selections- Invert delete on your keyboard
keep selected and copy and paste a tube of your choice as a new layer
arrage the tube to your liking
when done hit delete on your keyboard
add a small drop shadow to your frame.

Do the same with your smaller frames but you maynot need to add any papers.
See my tag for refrence.
Add a small drop shadow to your smaller 2 frames

Open up bow 1 and 4 and resize them both by 50% 3 times
copy and paste them onto your working canvas
one goes on the bottom smaller frame at the top left hand corner the other at the top right hand corner of your large frame,

Open up the orange flower and resize it by 16% copy and paste onto your working canvas see my finished tagfor placement.
Add a small drop shadow.

Open up your You're Berry Beautiful word art resize by 75% copy and paste onto your working canvas and arrange to your liking on the right side of your tag by your large frame.

Effects- Plugins-Eye Candy 4000- Gradient Glow
same settings as before add a small drop shadow.
I turned my words a bit but thats up to you
Now you can add more elemets if you want
I added the small flowers to it
Time to add your name and copyright and license number
All finished crop and save as ajpg or png!!

Here is what you will need:
Tube of choice I am using the wonderful artwork of Jessica Dougherty please do not use the same tubes as me unless you have a license to do so.You can purchase the license and tubes CILM

Font Of Choice Eye Candy 4000 Gradient GlowSupplies-Here

Ready Lets get started!!!
Open a new transparent Image 400x 400
Flood Fill with a color from your tube
Layers-Load Mask- Wandas Mask Ripped
Make sure Invert Transparency Is Checked
And apply Layers Merge Group
Now Open up a new Image 600x600
flood fill this with white
.Copy and paste your Mask Image as a new layer on to your new canvas.
Now go to Effects-Eye Candy 4000-Gradient flow and apply the following settings
Basic-Glow Width -3 Soft Corners-0 Overall Opacity -100 Color- Fat
Now add the following drop shadow.H and V-0 Opacity 50 Blur 5.00 color black

Now you can add any type of brushes,elements words anything you like to you mask layer I used a mask of stars and lowered the opacity

Now open up your chain tube I provided and copy and paste this on your mask image as a new layer .
Postiton to your likeing.
Duplicate that layer Image-Mirror and postion it.
You can now change the blend mode on your chains to what you think will go with your tag and apply the same drop shadow as above.

Hide your white background layer Layers-Merge-Visible.
You may need tor esize this layer now depending on the size of your tube.

Copy and Paste your tube as a new layer on to your mask image resize if needed postion and apply the same drop shadow as before.

Using your pen tool pick a dark color from your tube
Line width 2 Dash Dot
Draw out 3 lines making it look like they are connecting from the chains (sideways)
Convert to rastor layer
Move this layer under your mask layer.

Now choose a font for your name I used Trajax
Size depends on the length of your name
Using the dark color from your tube type out your name.
Convert to Raster Layer
Add the same drop shadow as before
All finished Merge all flatten crop and rezise if needed
Save as a jpg.

Here is what you will need:

Tube of your choice

Brush made by me

Fonts: Devil Inside and Badaboom

EyeCandy4000-Gradient GlowMura Meister-Copies

Lets Get Started!!!

Open a new 600x500 transparent image

Flood fill with white.

Open your tubes and fonts and minimize your fonts for now.

Copy and paste your tube as a new layer on to you white background.Resize if needed.

Choose 2 colors from your tube A dark and light color.

Set your Foreground color to the dark one and Background to the light color.

Using your preset shape EllipseLine Width-5 Create as vector

Draw out your circle

Using the nodes stretch the circle around your tube to your likeing.

Convert to rastor layer.

Now switch your Foreground and Background colors and draw out a smaller circle and place in the left or right side of your bigger circle,which ever fits your tube.

Convert to rastor layer.

Now using the font Devil InsideSize 48(depending on the size of your circle)

Foreground-Null Background-your light color

Click on the inside of your smaller circleand type the number 6.

Arrange to your liking -convert to rastor layer

Layers-New Rastor layer

Find the brush Badgirls

Using a dark color from your tube apply the brush in the middle of the big circle.

resize if needed.

Activate your Big Circle Layer and using your magic wand tool click inside your big circle.

Now highlight your Brush layer and go

Effects-Plugins-Mura Meister-Copies

apply using the following settings

Line

Tile

blend

Number -1 ,ShiftX-50,ShiftY-50,Tile Gap-10

Do not De-Select

Make your Big Circle layer active again and apply your favorite pattern,texture or effect.

I used Penta.com-Jeans filter

Select None

Apply a gradient glow of your choice to both your circle layers.

Hide Your white background and tube layer

Layers-merge-merge visible.

Now apply a Drop shadow to your merged layers

V2 H-2 opacity5 blur5 color black

Repeat the drop shadow switching the V to minus2 and H to 2

Activate your tube layer and Add a drop shadow of your choice.

Using your Ellipse preset shape again with your foreground set to a light color and your background set to null Line Width 2 Draw a circle around your big circle making it a little bit bigger then the bigger circle.
Do Not Convert To Rastor Layer

Using the font tool and a font of your choice

I used Bank Gothic Size 24 floating

Move your cursor over the circle til you get the A)

click on the circle and type out

Bad Girls Go Everywhere

promote this selection to layer then Select None.

Activate your Vectored Circle Layer active and delete it as we will not need it anymore

Now its time to add your nameI used the font badaboom size depends on your name

Using the light color as your foreground and dark as your background type in your name.Arrange to your likeing.
Add a drop shadow of your choice.
Add appropriate copyrights and your water mark to your tag.Crop and Save!
